People all over the world know fried chicken as KFC. KFC is the abbreviation of Kentucky Fried Chicken that was established at 1952 in Kentucky State in USA by Colonel Harland Sanders and now has more than thirty thousand branches in hundred countries all over the world.

K.F.C’s popularity is due to its different and creative way of cooking and use of special spices in this food, because before that people used chicken just in boiled and fried way.

TO COOK KFC it needs some ingredients including: red chili powder, ground black pepper, some herbs like (oregano, basil, and thyme), salt, crushed garlic, and onion powder.
Rub the chicken well with all this seasoning for two or three minutes. Then add 2 tablespoons cornstarch and mix everything well to coat chicken with flour.
Pour the egg white to the chicken and 3 tablespoons buttermilk, mix well. Then roll them in breadcrumbs.
Set aside for at least 10 minutes. Then fry the chicken pieces in hot oil and serve with a special sauce
